Charity organization Charity Foundation "Help Ukraine Hub", EDRPOU code 44848994, a charity organization registered under the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - Help Ukraine Hub) manages the website and platform for collecting funds in the form of charitable donations from individuals and legal entities (hereinafter - "Benefactors") with the aim of supporting the military and civilians who suffered as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation. For this, Benefactors can use the website https://www.helpukrainehub.org ("Website") and other available open communication channels.
During interaction with the website and other communication channels, Help Ukraine Hub receives information about you. This policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to you during:Visiting our Website;● Voluntary donation (one-time or regular charitable contributions);● Sending requests to us through available communication channels: on the Website, in Telegram, by e-mail and by phone;● Providing us with your personal data in another way for communication purposes.
This Privacy Policy contains detailed information on how Help Ukraine Hub processes your personal data and protects your data rights. Help Ukraine Hub is the controller (owner) of personal data processed through this Website and other available means of communication.
